Rich, I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff for your help in the design and manufacture of the Cap, Ring, and Vent for my project. You all were very accommodating and patient in helping me select materials. You also suggested improvements to the molds, and then made those improvements. When it came time for test parts, you were very liberal regarding quantities and recognized that, during the development phase of these components, I did not need or want thousands of each. In short, you acted much like partners rather than uninterested vendors. Your help, guidance, and professionalism have made this portion of my project flow smoothly.
